After announcing an upcoming update for GTA Trilogy last week, Rockstar has finally released a massive new patch for all the three individual games, and when we say massive, we mean it. The laundry list of fixes includes everything from making the games more stable to updating textures as well as correcting typos that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. What’s interesting about the GTA Trilogy patch notes is how oddly specific it is. The studio even took the time to post their solutions to all the small problems that players reported over the last few months. Is this Rockstar’s way of saying that they were listening to fans all this time? Probably. We doubt the latest patch is enough for those who waited for Rockstar to fix GTA Trilogy to buy it, but it is a good start. The only question now is if Rockstar has done enough to make sure that the remasters of the classic GTA games can be enjoyed as they were on modern platforms. If you insist, you can check out the full patch notes for the latest 1.04 patch. Mind you, it’s long, so you might want to get comfy because it will take you a while. In other GTA news, Rockstar finally confirmed that it’s working on the next GTA game before “accidentally” revealing a potential 2023 release date for GTA VI in the company’s most recent earnings call. Speaking of leaks, a new Take-Two patent hints at how GTA 6 might have the biggest map in the series.
