Having said that, it’s hard to ignore this feeling that the MCU could have backed itself into a corner as it struggles to find the next Thanos-level threat. While we likely won’t find out who that is in Thor: Love and Thunder on July 8, which just got a new trailer, Kevin Feige is teasing that it won’t be long before we find out more about the “next” MCU saga. The Marvel Studios head recently spoke to Total Film (via GamesRadar) as part of the Thor: Love and Thunder cover story where the “man with the plan” had something interesting to share about the future of the MCU, saying:
As we’re nearing the end of Phase 4, I think people will start to see where this next saga is going," Feige said. “I think there have been many clues already, that are at least apparent to me, of where this whole saga is going. But we’ll be a little more direct about that in the coming months, to set a plan, so audiences who want to see the bigger picture can see a tiny, tiny, tiny bit more of the roadmap.”
TLDR; you’ll want to keep a close eye on each new MCU film or show that premieres later this year. Here’s a list of all the upcoming MCU shows or movies:
Thor: Love and Thunder - July 8 I Am Groot - August 10 She-Hulk: Attorney at Law - August 17 Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - November 11
In the meantime, fans can look forward to watching a new episode of the only ongoing Marvel show at the moment, Ms. Marvel, every Wednesday at 3 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), 12 A.M. Pacific Time (PT), and 8 A.M. British Summer Time (BST).
