The RAM-7 is an underrated weapon that a lot of players overlook. If you put on the appropriate attachments on this gun, it shreds through players and kills them extremely fast. Below we have our recommended custom class setup for RAM-7 to be used in Warzone (both Battle Royale & Plunder). Make sure your RAM-7 is at least level 54. The below setup will give you a minimized recoil and decent mobility.

Muzzle
As always, you should select the Monolithic Suppressor as your Muzzle attachment. It will give you sound suppression along with extra damage range for those long shots.
The Monolithic Suppressor is the best Suppressor to use in Warzone for 90% of the weapons. It unlocks for the RAM-7 at level 53.
Barrel
Choose FSS Ranger as your Barrel attachment, as it is the longest Barel available for this weapon. There are specific stats you need to consider when creating a class for Warzone. It is entirely different from the regular multiplayer.
It would be best if you focused mostly on the accuracy, range, and control. The FSS Ranger increases your damage range, bullet velocity, and gives better recoil control. The FSS Ranger unlocks at level 54.
Underbarrel
For the Underbarrel attachment, your best bet is the Merc Foregrip. The Merc Foregrip will give you even more recoil control along with better hip-fire accuracy for close-quarter combat (CQC) engagements. Choosing the Merc Foregrip is also better as your ADS speed with this setup is not the fastest, so if you’re up against someone using an MP5 or MP7, they will take you out before you even fully scope in.
Therefore, having better hip-fire accuracy can save you in such situations, where you can shoot accurately without needing to aim down sight. Merc Foregrip unlocks at level 20.
Ammunition
This is an important attachment for pretty much all the weapons when playing Warzone. You need to have at least 50 rounds or 60 rounds (if available) mags as your Ammunition attachment.
This is essential when you are playing duos and trios. In Solos, you can go without the Ammunition attachment and have a base ammo capacity of 30 rounds. Running out of ammo is the last thing you need when taking out a whole squad of two or three. 50 Round Mags unlock at level 24.
Optic
For the Optic, you need to choose VLK 3.0x Optic. This Optic attachment is hands down the best attachment in Warzone. It gives you excellent control and accuracy and you can even take out targets at longer distances comfortably. The VLK 3.0x Optic goes well with almost all the Assault Rifles and LMGs.
The VLK 3.0x Optic turns your weapon into an absolute laser beam, and it unlocks at level 33.
